These are the answers to the questions we get asked the most, on this website and on social media. If you can't find what you are looking for here, feel free to contact us. We try to be as transparent as possible and are always happy to help.

1. Are your products made in the United States?

Since 1978, all our products have been designed in France, by our founder Jean-Pierre Fournales.

If some parts are still made in our French factory for technical reasons, our suspensions are now assembled in the United States, with the exact same standards of quality you would get from the French engineering team.

Eventually, we plan to bring the entire production for North America to Florida where we are located.
There are a few reasons for that.

First, we are always happy to have new clients and we think that getting in touch with them to make sure their experience is optimum matters.

Also, our products are not shipped right from a shelf. We adapt them to you, your weight, your load, your height, the way you use your vehicle, your habits and many other parameters.

Your suspensions are adapted, assembled and adjusted on-demand, after we have collected enough information.

That's the reason it can take us up to a few days before we can ship your order: we want to make it as good as possible, just for you.
When Jean-Pierre created the company in 1978, he focused on innovation and product development instead of marketing and expansion.

The company has done very well in France, and partners have joined forces to bring our oleo-pneumatic suspensions to their domestic market in different parts of the world, especially in Australia, in the UK and also, for a while, in the United States.

In 2022, we created Fournales Suspensions USA, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, to address the market in North America, maintain and service our products locally, and better serve our clients by being closer to them.

We have also started an Influencer & Creator Program to give a chance to more people to test our oleo-pneumatic suspensions and share their experience with US community of riders and pilots.

We know we have to build our brand as we build our business, and it's OK. We are a boutique company and it's a beautiful challenge to bring our name in front of more people, one client at a time.
